Agreement to Terms
By purchasing or using PuroPhone products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.
Product Description
PuroPhone provides smartphones with Device Owner security features. Our devices are designed to restrict certain functionalities and cannot be bypassed through standard user actions including factory reset.
Device Ownership
When you purchase a PuroPhone, you own the physical device. The Device Owner management enrollment is a permanent feature of the device that enables the security functionality you purchased.
Carrier Compatibility
PuroPhone devices are unlocked and compatible with most GSM carriers. We do not guarantee compatibility with all carriers or networks. Please verify compatibility with your carrier before purchase.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused devices in original packaging. Devices that have been activated or used are subject to a restocking fee. Contact customer support for return instructions.
Warranty
PuroPhone devices come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.
Limitation of Liability
PuroPhone provides security features to the best of our ability but cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible threats. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
